How we work

service agreement

We must first obtain a service agreement signed by the customer to ensure that they wish to seek our services for document preparation.  Based upon state guidelines, a Non Lawyer Disclosure Form may need to be signed prior to the commencement of the preparation of the documentation.

questionnaire

We will then send you an information questionnaire via email/postal mail for you to fill out and return so we may begin working on your documents. 

Remote transfer

We can provide you with all documents remotely via email so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home.  This is also the fastest way to receive your documentation.

If you do not have internet access or wish to have the documents printed and mailed to you, we can provide you with all documents via U.S. Postal Mail (*Additional Mailout Fee applies).
